Declaration for Divine Mental Health

In the name of God, the Source of all Peace and Understanding, I declare over my mind and spirit today:I am anchored in His unconditional love, grounded by His wisdom, and upheld by His comfort. I trust in His power to renew my thoughts and restore calm to every part of my being.I believe that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, created with clarity, purpose, and a sound mind. His plans for me are for hope, joy, and a thriving spirit.I release anxiety, worry, and negative thoughts, replacing them with faith, gratitude, and assurance. I embrace the peace that surpasses all understanding, confident that His presence brings tranquility to my soul.I declare freedom from despair, depression, and confusion. I rejoice in the renewal of my mind, spirit, and emotions. I am whole, balanced, and at ease in His loving care.Every thought I think is guided by His truth and light, aligning my mind with the perfect peace He intends for me. I am uplifted, encouraged, and empowered to walk in love and confidence.As I journey on this path of mental wellness, I am surrounded by His protection and guidance. I will share His peace and testimony, inspiring others with the hope and healing I have received.Today and every day, I affirm God’s divine peace and soundness of mind, manifesting fully in my life.
